Reuben Meat Loaf

  1. Thoroughly mix 1/4 cup soup, meat, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley and garlic.
  2. On foil or wax paper, shape into a 10 x 15-inch rectangle.
  3. Combine sauerkraut, shredded cheese and caraway; spread over meat.
  4. Roll into loaf.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 1 hour, or until done.
  6. Combine rest of soup and horseradish; pour over loaf. Place cheese triangles on top.
  7. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
