Game Of Thrones White Walker Blue Cocktail

  1. For the dragon glass candy:
  2. Put sugar and water in a pan, then bring it up to a boil over the stove. Once syrup is boiling, turn heat down to medium heat. After approximately 10-15 minutes, you should start to see the syrup go slightly golden.
  3. Once the sugar syrup turns into caramel (meaning it's a nice golden colour), turn heat off and then carefully add a small drop of blue food colouring and mix it through. Pour the caramel out onto greaseproof paper or a silicone mat, then wait for it to cool.
  4. For the White Walker cocktail:
  5. Put glass in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Put salt on a plate, then add 1 to 2 drops of food colouring and smear it on the salt. Mix it through until salt turns blue, then spread it out a bit onto the plate. Take the glass out of the freezer, rub the lemon wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip the wet rim into the blue salt.
  7. Fill a quarter of the glass with crushed ice, then add vodka, blue curacao and then squeeze in the juice of the lemon wedge. Slowly mix everything together with a spoon.
  8. Top the cocktail up with lemonade, then finish it off with a little more crushed ice if you wish. Finally, break off long shards of the candy and stick it into the cocktail to make it look really cool. Serve the drink straightway and enjoy!
