Greek Onions(6 Servings)

  1. Slice onions into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Layer in bottom of 10-inch pie plate that has been prepared with nonstick vegetable spray. Thaw, drain and squeeze all water from spinach.
  3. Mix the next 7 ingredients together.
  4. Pour over onions.
  5. Top with grated Swiss or Parmesan cheese and bacon.
  6. Microwave, uncovered, at High power for 10 to 15 minutes, turning dish 1/4 turn every 3 to 4 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
