Instant Pot French Toast Bites

  1. Cube the bread. Whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a small bowl then add bread. For one of the other flavors, add or omit flavor ingredients as desired.
  2. For the Instant Pot:
  3. Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot. Spoon mixture into slightly pre-greased silicone mold then cover with foil. Insert rack with silicone mold into pressure cooker with one cup of water. Cook on steam for 15 minutes. Note: If you do not have the steam button then you can use the high pressure manual setting.
  4. Once complete, quick release the steam, and cool on a wire rack for a few minutes. Remove foil, and serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
  5. If desired, you may broil these for a few minutes in the oven if you desire, but it is not necessary.
  6. For the oven:
  7. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Spoon mixture into pre-greased muffin pans. Cook uncovered for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
