You Look Like Cap’N Crunch Casserole

• FOR THE CASSEROLE:
• 3 cups Pureed Sweet Potatoes
• 2/3 cups Light Brown Sugar
• 1/3 cups Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• 1/2 cups Melted Butter
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cups Milk
• 2 Tablespoons Self-Rising Flour
• FOR THE TOPPING:
• 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1/3 cups Melted Butter
• 1/3 cups All-purpose Flour
• 1 cup Cap'n Crunch Cereal, Crushed

1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
2. In a large bowl on medium speed, mix together all casserole ingredients. Pour ingredients into a buttered casserole dish.
3. For the topping, in a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Crumble the Cap'n Crunch mixture on top of the sweet potatoes.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until top is golden brown and set.
