Creamy Tuna-Macaroni Toss

  1. Cook macaroni as directed; drain and return to pan to keep warm.
  2. In a 2-quart saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter.
  3. Add onion; cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in flour until blended; cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually stir in milk, bouillon cube, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  7. Stir in tuna and pimento.
  8. Heat through.
  9. Toss with macaroni; garnish with parsley, if desired.
