Spicy Pineapple Margarita
- 2 cups Ice, Divided Use
- 1 sprig Fresh Mint, Leaves Removed
- 1 Tablespoon Rind Of Lemon/Lime - Optional
- 1/2 teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice, Fresh Or From Concentrate
- 1/2 cups Lime Juice, Fresh Or Store Bought
- 1/2 cups White Tequila, Increase Or Decrease The Quantity As Desired
- 1/2 cups Triple Sec
- 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce (or Any Pepper-Based Light Texture Sauce Like Tapato/Cholula/Etc)
- In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup ice, mint leaves, lemon rind and spices. Muddle gently for a minute using a muddler. Now add all the remaining liquid ingredients into the bowl (except remaining ice). Stir to combine. Strain the entire contents into a serving pitcher/jar and chill until serving time.
- Fill serving glasses halfway with ice, pour in the margaritas and serve chilled.
