Spicy Pineapple Margarita

  1. In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup ice, mint leaves, lemon rind and spices. Muddle gently for a minute using a muddler. Now add all the remaining liquid ingredients into the bowl (except remaining ice). Stir to combine. Strain the entire contents into a serving pitcher/jar and chill until serving time.
  2. Fill serving glasses halfway with ice, pour in the margaritas and serve chilled.
