Lavender Lemonade
- 6 cups Water, Divided
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cups Lavender Infused Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Lavender
- 1 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 whole Lemon, Thinly Sliced For Garnish
- Get out a small sauce pan and combine 2 cups water, sugar, honey and ground lavender in it. Bring to a gentle boil and let it bubble for about 5 minutes while you whisk it to help the sugar and honey dissolve into the water. Take off heat and cover with a lid to steep for 15 minutes.
- While it steeps, combine remaining quart of water and lemon juice in a pitcher. When syrup is done, pour it into the pitcher through a fine mesh strainer to catch all of the lavender. Give it a stir and add slices of lemon on top. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours to chill, then serve and enjoy!
