Fast And Easy Jambalaya

  1. Sprinkle lemon pepper and garlic powder over chicken cubes. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Cook chicken in oil 5 minutes or until done.
  3. Add onions and sausage; cook additional 5 minutes.
  4. Keep stirring.
  5. Stir in picante sauce and tomatoes.
  6. Reduce heat to medium; cook 12 minutes.
  7. Add peas; cook additional 2 or 3 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Serve over cooked rice.
  9. Makes 4 (1-cup) servings.
