Zesty Shake And Bake Potatoes
- 12 whole Medium Red Potatoes
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 3/4 cups Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix (See Note)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Place potato wedges into a large bowl or gallon-size bag and drizzle with olive oil.
- Combine all other ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients to potatoes. Shake in the bag or stir in the bowl until all potatoes are coated with the seasoning mix.
- Place on a baking sheet or 9x13 pan and bake for 45 minutes, stirring and flipping potatoes halfway through. Remove from oven, salt to taste and serve.
- Potatoes should be light and golden brown when they are finished. Bake time may vary depending on the size of potatoes.
- Note: Substitute zesty Italian dressing mix with any other dressing or dip mix. As a kid, I always enjoyed it with Hidden Valley ranch mix.
