Zesty Shake And Bake Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Place potato wedges into a large bowl or gallon-size bag and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Combine all other ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients to potatoes. Shake in the bag or stir in the bowl until all potatoes are coated with the seasoning mix.
  4. Place on a baking sheet or 9x13 pan and bake for 45 minutes, stirring and flipping potatoes halfway through. Remove from oven, salt to taste and serve.
  5. Potatoes should be light and golden brown when they are finished. Bake time may vary depending on the size of potatoes.
  6. Note: Substitute zesty Italian dressing mix with any other dressing or dip mix. As a kid, I always enjoyed it with Hidden Valley ranch mix.
