Flourless Double Chocolate Brownies
- 200 grams Unsalted Butter
- 400 grams Sweet Chocolate, Divided
- 4 whole Eggs
- 100 grams Ground Walnuts
- 70 grams Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts, Divided
- 70 grams Chopped Roasted Almonds, Divided
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F (180u0b0C).
- Melt butter and half of the chocolate over a double boiler until completely smooth. Let cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, beat eggs. Add melted mixture slowly to the beaten eggs and stir until completely smooth. Add walnuts and half of the roasted hazelnuts and almonds, and stir.
- Transfer dough to prepared pan (mine was 12x10 inches) and bake for 22-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Melt remaining chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler until completely smooth. When done, spread it evenly over baked brownies and add remaining chopped hazelnuts and almonds.
- Let cool completely in the fridge.
