Flourless Double Chocolate Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F (180u0b0C).
  2. Melt butter and half of the chocolate over a double boiler until completely smooth. Let cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, beat eggs. Add melted mixture slowly to the beaten eggs and stir until completely smooth. Add walnuts and half of the roasted hazelnuts and almonds, and stir.
  4. Transfer dough to prepared pan (mine was 12x10 inches) and bake for 22-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Melt remaining chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler until completely smooth. When done, spread it evenly over baked brownies and add remaining chopped hazelnuts and almonds.
  6. Let cool completely in the fridge.
