Chocolate Chip - Pudding Cookies
- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 (3.9 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Gradually add sugars and pudding mix, beating well. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Combine flour and soda. Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls (walnut size) onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets 3 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

- Can also be frozen up to 8 months.)
- Yields approximately 10 dozen.
