Chocolate Chip - Pudding Cookies

  1. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
  2. Gradually add sugars and pudding mix, beating well. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Combine flour and soda. Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls (walnut size) onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 375u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheets 3 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
