Banana Berry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease muffin pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. In a second small bowl, toss berries with 1 tsp flour & set aside.
  4. Mix flax with water in small bowl.
  5. Add the bananas, applesauce, vanilla, almonds & flax to the creamed butter and sugar. Mix.
  6. Sift dry ingredients together and add them to the wet ingredients in the large bowl.
  7. Fold in floured berries.
  8. Pour into muffin pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
