Easy Low-Fat Lasagna

  1. In a 10 x 13 x 2-inch microwave-safe dish, begin layering with sauce in bottom of pan.
  2. Next, layer uncooked noodles, then spinach, then cheese(s), then noodles, sauce, spinach and so on. Try for 4 layers noodles minimum, ending with sauce on top of the last noodle layer.
  3. Cover with heavy plastic wrap/wax paper and vent 1 corner.
  4. Cook in microwave on High for 17 minutes.
  5. Let stand 2 minutes.
  6. Rotate 1/2 turn; cook at Medium for another 17 minutes.
  7. Remove; let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. Can sprinkle shredded Mozzarella or Parmesan on top before serving.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
