Fall Cake

  1. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and applesauce. Combine dry ingredients and add, mixing well. Stir in raisins, 1/2 cup butterscotch chips and 1/2 cup nuts. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Combine brown sugar and remaining nuts and butterscotch chips and sprinkle all over the top of the cake batter.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick.
