Snow Ice Cream

  1. Before you begin, get out a 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk, your measuring spoon, and your bottle of vanilla. You'll wanna have it handy when you bring your snow in, 'cause ya gotta work fast when making snow ice cream!
  2. Collect a lot of CLEAN snow from outside. I set a 9X13" foil pan outside in a safe place while it's still snowing to catch my snow. Make sure your pan is heaping full of snow.
  3. Once you have collected your clean snow, run back inside and grab your can of sweetened condensed milk and your vanilla and get to work.
  4. Pour half of the can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the pan of snow, stirring the whole time. Stir in 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Lastly, stir in the remaining half of the sweetened condensed milk until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Spoon ice cream into bowls and serve immediately.
