Chicken Corn Saute(Low Fat, Low Calorie)

  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
  2. Combine chili powder and salt in a shallow dish.
  3. Add chicken and turn to coat.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
  5. Add chicken, cook until no longer pink in center.
  6. Remove to serving dish.
  7. Heat remaining oil in skillet.
  8. Add onion.
  9. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until tender.
  10. Add bell peppers, cook and stir 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  11. Add corn, heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
  12. Return chicken to skillet to reheat.
