Aunt Opal'S Lasagna

  1. Day before or early in day:
  2. In hot oil in skillet, saute onion.
  3. Add beef and cook until red color disappears.
  4. Slice garlic.
  5. Mash with salt.
  6. Add to meat with pepper, oregano, parsley, tomatoes, tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use.
