No Cholesterol Cocoa Squares
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. egg substitute, thawed or 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Grease and flour 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jellyroll pan.
- In a large saucepan, combine water, cocoa and oleo.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture comes to a full boil.
- Remove from heat; stir in flour and sugar.
- Add egg substitute, yogurt, baking soda and salt; mix thoroughly with spoon.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
- Cut into squares.
- Makes 32 servings.
