Ghostly Hot Chocolate
- 3 pieces Bakers Chocolate, 3-4 'squares' Or 1/4 Cup Of Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- Optional Toppings Or Add-ins: Marshmallows Or Whipped Cream, Vanilla Extract, Peppermint Stick, Cinnamon Stick, Etc
- Add chocolate, milk and cinnamon to a saucepan over medium heat and cook until chocolate is melted. Turn it down a little if it tries to boil. Once chocolate is completely melted, pour it into your favorite mug and top with a marshmallow or dollop of whipped cream!
- ** You can use ANY type of chocolate you want. Use what tastes good to you! My husband's favorite is baker's white chocolate. It's FANTASTIC for this recipe!
- To make the "ghostly" marshmallow, just melt some chocolate and add it to a plastic bag, and pipe on a ghoulish face!
- Optional Additions for Added Yum:
- * Vanilla (or other flavor) extract
- * Different flavored chips (caramel, etc)
- * Peppermint stick to serve in mug
- * Cinnamon stick to serve in mug
- * A splash of heavy cream or half and half, added near the end for added creaminess.
