Polish Sausage, Cabbage And Potato Meal

  1. In hot oil in large, heavy skillet over medium heat lightly brown sliced kielbasa.
  2. Remove from pan, set aside.
  3. To remaining fat in skillet add cabbage, potatoes and onion.
  4. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle vegetables with flour, mix well.
  6. Add water to chicken broth to make 1 1/2 cups.
  7. Return sausage to skillet.
  8. Add broth, vinegar, caraway, salt and pepper.
  9. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  10. Yields 6 servings.
