Vitality Bread

  1. Mix the first 9 ingredients.
  2. Put on low heat until almost boiling; it will get real thick.
  3. Add 1 cup warm water and 1/2 cup flour; let cool to lukewarm.
  4. Add this mixture that has been sitting, the yeast and 1/2 cup warm water.
  5. Add the remaining flour.
  6. Knead on oiled board until glossy.
  7. Place in oiled bowl; cover.
  8. Set in warm place until double in size.
  9. Punch and knead; put into 3 greased pans.
  10. Let double.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
