Chili
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 (16 oz.) tomatoes, cut
- 2 (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained
- 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) tomato juice
- 2 (4 oz.) green chili peppers
- 2 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
- Tabasco sauce to taste (easy)
- 2 c. water
- 4 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- Brown hamburger and onions; drain most of the grease.
- Add all of the ingredients except spices.
- Combine spices in a large dry jar.
- Shake well and then add to mixture slowly.
- Cook 1/2 hour and serve.
