Vegetable-Beef Stir-Fry

  1. Mix beef, water, soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet.
  3. Add garlic.
  4. Cook 15 to 30 seconds.
  5. Add carrots, broccoli and beef broth.
  6. Cover.
  7. Reduce heat; simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Stir beef-cornstarch mixture.
  9. Mix in skillet.
  10. Reheat to medium-high.
  11. Stir 1 to 2 minutes, until meat is no longer red and sauce is boiling.
  12. Stir in sesame oil.
