Italian Plum Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. For the fruit, combine plums, flour, sugar, and liqueur in a bowl. Set mixture aside.
  3. For the topping, combine flour, brown sugar, salt, quick oats, and butter with a mixer until it resembles coarse crumbs about the size of peas.
  4. Place fruit mixture in a 1-quart dish and spread topping mixture evenly over the top of plums. Bake for 40 minutes or until the plums are bubbling and topping is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
