Pasta Salad Primavera
- 8 ounces, weight Rotini Or Ziti Pasta
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 pint Grape Or Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 cup Frozen Peas, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Chopped
- 1 can (4.5 Oz. Can) Sliced Black Olives, Drained
- 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1 cup (or More) Bernstein's Cheese Garlic Salad Dressing
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the final two minutes. Drain and rinse with cool water. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, toss with dressing and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
