Chipotle Baked Sweet Potato Fries
- 5 whole Large Sweet Potatoes, Rinsed
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Chipotle Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper
- Optional Toppings, Such As Sour Cream, Avocado, Chopped Cilantro, Grated Monterey Jack Cheese, Sliced Scallions, Etc.
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, silicone baking mat or spray with a nonstick spray.
- Cut each potato in half and then cut each half into thirds. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and black pepper together until evenly coated.
- Pour the potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet and space them evenly apart. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are tender but crisp on the outside.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with desired toppings. Enjoy!
