More Than Sandwich Bread
- 1-3/4 cup Warm Water
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Yeast
- 4 Tablespoons Skimmed Milk Powder
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Oil
- 1/4 cups Flaxseed/linseed
- 1/4 cups Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 cups Barley Flakes OR Rye Flakes
- 1/4 cups Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cups Crushed Almonds
- 1-3/4 cup Strong White Bread Flour
- 1 cup Strong Brown Bread Flour
- 1 cup Malted Wheat Bread Flour
- This makes a 2lb loaf.
- Place ingredients in order in bread machine pan.
- Put pan in machine and use setting for white bread.
- Mine takes three hours to bake.
- When bread is done, knock it out of the pan and onto a rack to cool completely before cutting.
