Oat ā€˜N’ Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, chocolate chips, brown sugar, oats, and peanut butter chips. Mix.
  3. Add butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
