German Chocolate Muffins
- 1 package (18.25 Oz Size) German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 2 cups Pureed Pumpkin
- 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips (optional)
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans (optional)
- 1/2 cups Coconut Flakes (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Combine all ingredients and spoon into 18 muffin tins that you've sprayed with baking spray. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Makes 18.
