Kiss Cookies
- FOR THE COOKIES:
- 1 bag (12 Oz. Bag) Hershey Kisses
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2-1/2 cups Flour
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 2 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1. Unwrap the Kisses, and set aside.
- 2. Cream butter and sugar.
- 3. Add vanilla.
- 4. Slowly add the flour.
- 5. Mix the dough and then form it into a large ball and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate 1/2 hour.
- 6. Use 1 teaspoon of dough with 1 Kiss and wrap the dough around the Kiss until it's covered by dough.
- 7. Place balls on a cookie sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
- 8. Bake at 350u0b0F for 15-20 minutes.
- 9. Dip in frosting when cool.
- Frosting:
- Place confectioner's sugar, vanilla and half of the milk in a bowl and mix together. Gradually add remaining milk, 1 teaspoon at a time just until mix reaches consistency desired.
