Better-For-You Banana Blueberry Muffins

  1. In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda, and spices. I like to use pumpkin pie spice because it has hints of lemon and ginger. Make a well in the middle, and set aside.
  2. Peel the bananas and mash 'em up! Add the blueberries and give the mixture 3 good mashes (very technical term). Move the mixture to a medium mixing bowl. Add the sugar and eggs (be sure to beat them first). Add the melted butter, the vanilla, and the Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
  4. Fill each muffin tin with 1/3 cup of batter, and put into the oven at 350u0b0F for 25-30 minutes (or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean).
