Banana Peach Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf dish and set aside.
  2. In a bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl add sugar, agave nectar, yogurt, and egg. Blend until well combined. Add in vanilla and mashed banana.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. Add in peaches, flax seeds.
  5. Pour batter into prepared dish. Sprinkle the top with pumpkin seeds. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
