Banana Peach Bread
- 2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Agave Nectar
- 1/2 cups Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup Bananas, Peeled And Mashed
- 1 whole Peach, Peeled, Pitted And Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf dish and set aside.
- In a bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl add sugar, agave nectar, yogurt, and egg. Blend until well combined. Add in vanilla and mashed banana.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. Add in peaches, flax seeds.
- Pour batter into prepared dish. Sprinkle the top with pumpkin seeds. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
