Potato And Carrot Caraway Flavored Creamy Soup
- 6 whole Potatoes, Peeled And Cut Into Chunks
- 1 whole Onion, Peeled And Cut Into Chunks
- 2 whole Carrots, Peeled And Sliced
- 1/2 teaspoons Sweet Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground White Pepper
- Sea Salt, to taste
- 1/2 whole Lemon, Juiced
- Caraway Seeds, For Sprinkling On As Garnish
- Add potatoes, onion, carrots, paprika, pepper and salt into a large pot. Add water just enough to cover them. Boil for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit. Add lemon juice.
- Using a vertical (immersion) blender, blend all ingredients together until the soup is smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed.
- Dish the soup into serving bowls. Sprinkle on some caraway seeds and enjoy the abundance of flavors!
