Frozen Pea Salad(24 Hour)

  1. The day before serving, cover bottom of a 4-quart dish with layer of shredded lettuce.
  2. Top with layer each of onion, celery, water chestnuts and thawed peas.
  3. Spread with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sugar, cheese, salt and garlic powder.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
  5. Top with bacon and tomatoes.
