Hash Brown Quiche

  1. Prepare hash browns between paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Drizzle with butter.
  4. Bake at 425u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  5. Combine the ham, cheese and green pepper; spoon over crust.
  6. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  7. Pour over all.
  8. Reduce heat to 350u0b0 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
  10. Yields 6 servings.
