Peanut Butter-Chocolate Marble Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside. Combine cocoa, powdered sugar, butter and warm water, stirring until smooth.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine cake mix, water, eggs, peanut butter and brown sugar.
  5. Beat on low for 30 seconds.
  6. Beat on medium for 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl.
  7. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of batter.
  8. Pour remaining batter into cake pan.
  9. Combine the batter which was set aside with the cocoa mixture.
  10. Spoon over batter in cake pan. Gently swirl batter with knife for marbling. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
  11. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
  12. Sprinkle frosting with chopped nuts, if desired.
