Swiss Cheese Cutlet

  1. In a deep casserole dish, melt enough margarine to cover the bottom.
  2. Over that, sprinkle the uncooked rice.
  3. Then place chicken breasts on top of the rice.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the onion soup mix, golden mushroom soup and water.
  5. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  6. Cover; bake in 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour, then watch for the smiles.
