Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
- 8 ounces, fluid Unsweetened Almond Milk (or Water, Coconut Milk, Or Other Nondairy Milk)
- 1/2 cups Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Peeled Frozen Banana
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Ginger
- 1/2 pinches Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup (optional)
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until well-combined. Enjoy!
- Other ways you can spice it up:
- - You can add a scoop of protein powder (I like Vega powder).
- - Add 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal instead of the yogurt or pumpkin.
- - Add frozen blueberries instead of the banana.
- - Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to thicken and add fiber and omega-3s.
