Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until well-combined. Enjoy!
  2. Other ways you can spice it up:
  3. - You can add a scoop of protein powder (I like Vega powder).
  4. - Add 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal instead of the yogurt or pumpkin.
  5. - Add frozen blueberries instead of the banana.
  6. - Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to thicken and add fiber and omega-3s.
