Banana Split Cake

  1. Mix crushed wafers and melted butter; press into bottom of rectangle dish.
  2. Slice bananas lengthwise and cover bottom.
  3. Avoid overly ripe bananas.
  4. Use yellow skinned or green tipped.
  5. Mix together condensed milk and lemon juice; spread on top of bananas. Spread crushed pineapple on top of Eagle Brand layer.
  6. Cover with whipped topping (8 to 9 ounce is plenty).
  7. Sprinkle coconut, chopped nuts and arrange red cherries on top to designate serving size.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. Easy, no cooking, pretty and good!
