Fantastic Mint Chocolate Pie

• 2 Tbsp. margarine
• 1/4 c. light corn syrup
• 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
• 2 c. Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies cereal
• 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
• 1/4 c. cold water
• 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
• 1 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
• 1/4 tsp. liquid green food coloring
• 2 drops liquid blue food coloring
• 1 (8 oz.) reduced fat, frozen, whipped topping, thawed
• vegetable cooking spray

1. Place margarine, corn syrup and chocolate in 2-quart saucepan.
2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add Cocoa Krispies cereal to chocolate mixture.
5. Stir until cereal is coated.
6. With back of spoon, shape mixture evenly in bottom and on side of 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
7. (If mixture is too soft, refrigerate about five minutes.)
8. Chill crust.
