Corn Chowder
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Cream Style Corn
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Cubed
- 1/2 whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Masa, Heaping (you Could Also Substitute Cornmeal Or Flour)
- 1/2 teaspoons Thyme
- 1/4 teaspoons White Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt (or More To Taste)
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat on medium-high until boiling, about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Serves 3 to 4. Easy!
- Dairy-free variation: Use soy milk, almond milk, or other milk substitute instead of regular milk. You won't notice a difference!
