Tuna-Noodle Casserole
- 4 oz. medium noodles
- 1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper or sweet red pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced celery
- 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. shredded processed Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, drain and flake tuna; set aside.
- Melt margarine, then toss with bread crumbs; set aside.
