Chunky Corn Chowder

  1. Saute bacon/pork slowly until almost crisp; push to one side. Stir onion and celery into drippings; saute until soft. Stir in potatoes, water, dill weed, and salt. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer for about 12 minutes or till potatoes are tender.
  2. Stir in evaporated milk, whole-kernel corn and liquid, cream-style corn, and hot dogs. Heat slowly, stirring several times, just to boiling.
