Quick & Easy Creamy Corn Chowder

  1. In a large Dutch oven (or other pot with a lid) over medium heat add butter and allow it to melt, onion salt and black pepper add creamed corn, milk and cream and stir to combine allow to cook 3-5 minutes on medium high heat. Add vegetable stock and stir again. Place lid on pot and set stove top to medium-low heat. Cook covered for 15 minutes.(Stir during cooking time). Garnish with parsley.
  2. Serve immediately!
  3. It's great with some crackers, croutons, or crusty sliced bread, if desired.
  4. Enjoy!
