Speedy Taco Bake

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1 1/4 oz. taco seasoning mix
• 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
• 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
• 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
• sour cream (optional)
• chopped tomato (optional)
• lettuce (optional)
• 1 c. milk
• 2 eggs

1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
2. Cook ground beef until brown and drain. Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
3. Stir.
4. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn.
5. Sprinkle with cheeses.
6. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
7. Pour over beef mixture.
8. Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown.
9. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce.
