Fruit Pizza
- Crust
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 cups Cold Butter (not Softened)
- 1-1/2 cup Flour

- Topping
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Squirt Of Lemon Juice
- Fruit (Kiwi, Grapes, Pineapple, Mandarin Oranges, Etc.)

- GLAZE
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Crust:
- Mix all ingredients together and pat into a round pan. Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes until light brown. Cool.
- Topping:
- Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Spread on the cooled crust. Decorate the top with fruit pieces.
- Glaze:
- Combine all ingredients and cook until thickened. Pour over the fruit while the glaze is still warm.
- Refrigerate.
- For a jelly roll-sized fruit pizza, double this recipe.
