Valentine’S Day Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, except white chocolate chips and heart candy. When all ingredients are combined, add chocolate chips and mix well.
  3. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of batter onto tray with silicone mat or parchment paper. Sprinkle heart candy on top of cookies.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from baking sheet, otherwise cookies may break apart.
  5. Makes 22 cookies.
