Valentine’S Day Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup Sunflower Butter No Salt Organic
- 1/2 cups Raw Sugar Or You Can Replace For Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cups 70% Cacao Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cups Heart Candy
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, except white chocolate chips and heart candy. When all ingredients are combined, add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Scoop out 1 tablespoon of batter onto tray with silicone mat or parchment paper. Sprinkle heart candy on top of cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from baking sheet, otherwise cookies may break apart.
- Makes 22 cookies.
