Watermelon Sweet Tea Popsicles
- 2 cups Water
- 2 whole Tea Bags, Individual Size Bags
- 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar (If Needed You Can Double This Amount; Sub Honey Or Another Sweetner If Preferred)
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 cups Diced Seedless Watermelon
- 10 Wooden Popsicle Sticks
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add tea bags, cover the pan and it steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags, add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the lemon juice and place to the side.
- Next add diced watermelon into a food processor (or blender) and grind until a smooth puree has formed. Pour watermelon into a bowl through a sieve to remove pulp and seeds. Then add it into the tea mixture and mix together.
- Pour sweet tea into popsicle molds and freeze (overnight if possible) before enjoying.
