Frozen Yogurt Peach Popsicles

  1. Note: There is no "cook" time-only 4 hours of freezing time.
  2. Place peaches, lemon juice, milk, yogurt and agave into a Vitamix blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture into a measuring cup with a spout for easier pouring. You should have about 4 cups of fruit and yogurt puree.
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds (mine made about 10 standard size popsicles), leaving about 1/2 inch of room at the top for freezing expansion add popsicle sticks.
  5. Insert a stick into each mold. Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours. To remove from molds, just run a little warm water over the outside of the mold until they come loose.
