Frozen Yogurt Peach Popsicles
- 3 cups Ripe Peaches, Halved And Pitted And Roughly Chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cups Coconut Milk Or Almond Milk
- 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt (plain, Vanilla Or Use The Same Flavor As Fruit You Are Using)
- 1/2 Tablespoons Agave Or Honey
- 10 Popsicle (sticks)
- Note: There is no "cook" time-only 4 hours of freezing time.
- Place peaches, lemon juice, milk, yogurt and agave into a Vitamix blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
- Transfer mixture into a measuring cup with a spout for easier pouring. You should have about 4 cups of fruit and yogurt puree.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds (mine made about 10 standard size popsicles), leaving about 1/2 inch of room at the top for freezing expansion add popsicle sticks.
- Insert a stick into each mold. Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours. To remove from molds, just run a little warm water over the outside of the mold until they come loose.
